How Does the License Plate Recognition System Work?
The license plate recognition system is the process of processing the picture information coming from an image source by means of a license plate recognition software and separating the license plate characters consisting of numbers and letters.
The hardware used as an image source is network-based cameras, which we call ip cameras.
