Our SolutionSQL Barcode Ticket Sales System Software: The software, designed and developed entirely by our company, works with MS SQL Server database. It runs smoothly on Windows 7 and above operating systems.

Our system, which allows different ticket and product definitions, can work with touch-screen sales computers and standard computers.

With multi-user support, all authorizations can be given in detail for each user and all transactions made by the users are logged.

Information about Stock Cards

Unlimited stock cards can be defined in the system. For stock cards: Stock group, Stock type, Brand, Unit and VAT rate can be selected.

Stock count control and stock quantity alerts can be entered. Reporting can be made based on the system’s minimum and maximum stock quantity.

Purchase invoice entry and serial number tracking can be done for stock cards.

It can work with different currencies. CBRT automatically takes the effective selling rate and records it in the system. Exchange rate entry can be made manually.

Prices can be defined for different company groups for each stock card. Stock card purchase prices can be entered. You can define special discounts for your customer groups by entering different sales prices for different company groups.

Information Regarding Company Identification

You can record and report your customer information by defining unlimited companies.

With each sale or purchase of a product, the stock amount is automatically updated and you can instantly follow the stock status.

You can create dynamic reports with reports that can be created and defined completely dynamically. The most basic data in report filtering is the start and end date. In this way, you can get reports from the system based on hour, day, week, month and year.

Currencies

TL is defined as the local currency. All sales can be reported in foreign currency and TL. Reports can be obtained based on personnel or point of sale. All reporting required for managers can be made. Attractive reports can be obtained with graphical reporting.

Ticket Sales Booths and Sales Points

Unlimited sales and reporting points can be used by licensing for each computer. Information can be stored for each project at its own point, or all project information can be stored on the server located in the center. In central system installations, branches can be defined and reports of all branches can be received together or separately at the central point.

The system can print receipts for the number of sales after each sale, or print a single ticket so that tickets can be passed as many as the number of sales. Each ticket can be used on the same day until the pass runs out, when the pass runs out it is automatically canceled and cannot be used again.

Aftermarket Plugs

A sales information slip can be given to the customer after the ticket sale. The sales information slip contains information on the tickets sold, their quantities and prices. The total amount is written at the bottom of the receipt. All receipts and reports of the system can be customized, as well as sales receipts.

The system can work with special cardboard ticket printers to print tickets. Thermal receipts can be printed using more affordable receipt printers.

Ticket Sales System Barcode Reader Connection

The system is managed with barcode readers and a web service using the TCP/IP protocol via the Barcode Reader Control Card. After the barcode is scanned, the system processes the data and triggers the turnstile in less than two seconds.

Data Import Export

The system can receive data from the external environment with Excel. It can export reports and lists to the external environment as Excel, Pdf, Word, Txt and Html files.

Thanks to the SMS module, the system can send the ticket information received to the customer who has phone information in the system as SMS.

Integration with Cash Register POS Devices

Thanks to the cash register POS device integration, the system can print financial receipts from the cash register after each sale. At the same time, the cash register can collect credit cards. You can make installments using credit cards. It can collect payment via meal cards (sodexo, ticket, multinet, etc.).

The system can report according to collection type. Sales and ticket cancellations can be made and reported. It has the feature of granting user-based authorization for cancellation operations.

By purchasing other modules in the SolutionSQL software; You can activate many features such as Access, Pdks, Student Tracking, Cafeteria control. Since these modules work within a single system, there is no need to open separate records for each system. This feature allows you to perform many operations in a very short time.

Integrations

Since the software is developed by our company, it is possible to develop special requests. Integrations can be made with Erp software and different service, database, accounting programs (e.g. eta, logo, axapta, sap, oracle, etc.).

User Definitions

Transaction authorization can be given to users defined in the software, and branches and companies where users can view their data can be selected. This especially prevents users defined in the system from seeing the data of branches and companies for which they are not authorized.

User identification operations can only be performed by authorized users. Only authorized users can change user passwords.

Changes made to user privileges are immediately applied in the system and the user is prevented from performing any operation for which she is not currently authorized.

Barcode Transactions

Barcode information can be entered on stock cards defined in the system. In this way, products can be manually selected on the sales screen, searched by typing their name or scanning the barcode.

Balance Loading

The system has the feature of loading balance by defining a customer. Customers are allowed to define a balance and make purchases only from that balance. If the customer wants to be able to purchase products when his limit is full, it should be marked as a negative balance.

Product Based Sales Restriction

The system has customer product purchasing authorization. It is possible to choose which products the customer is authorized to purchase. For example, this feature can be used if a student customer registered to an adventure park is wanted to be prevented from purchasing a high climbing ticket. This feature can also enable product-based authorization from a canteen, market or restaurant (such as preventing a customer who should not eat candy from purchasing chocolate products).

Database Backup

With the automatic database backup feature, the system can automatically backup the database to the specified folder at specified times.
