Access Control Panels are a product used in buildings with many doors or turnstiles. The units we call external readers are connected to these panels. The panels open or prevent the opening of the doors or turnstiles they are responsible for managing. Card readers or fingerprint readers, which are used in many areas, are connected to the panels to provide the desired access control security. Card readers can be connected to the control panels, as well as fingerprint reading devices, face recognition devices or HGS antennas used in parking lots. Panels working over Wiegand communication protocol have capacities of 2 readers, 4 readers and 8 readers. In a building with 100 doors, you can divide each door into a person or group, distinguish which doors each person or group can pass through, and determine who can pass from where and how many times between which hours.
Access panels, which can manage different scenarios and operating systems, can work both online and offline. Every card information read in online work can be monitored online in the software. If desired, access control scenarios can be run from the software running on the computer or directly from the panel. Systems running over the Wiegand protocol can also use rs232 and RS232 interfaces. It can also work over the rs485 protocol. The connected card readers can be 125 khz proximity as well as support 13.56 mhz readers, which we call mifare.
